e-List Builder Loyalty Program Software

Synergy Loyalty Solutions, Inc. has developed a unique and innovative “List Builder” program which is designed to help businesses increase their e-mail database (or Loyalty Database) while at the same time attracting new customers through word-of-mouth and social media campaigns.

Here’s how it works:

By utilizing our “List Builder” technology, merchants will create an exciting contest for their customers.  The contest is time sensitive, so merchants decide the time and date when the winner will be announced.

Example Contest:

  • Dinner for two
  • Bottle of wine
  • Transportation by Uber
  • $250.00 Value

Once the merchant has created the“List Builder Campaign”, they can promote the contest on their website, social media, and through e-mail campaigns to their database.

Customers will be directed to a “Contest Landing Page” where they can enter their e-mail address to receive 1 entry to win the contest.

They can also refer their friends through social media. When their friends enter to win the contest, they receive extra entries. Each person receives 5 entries for every friend they refer to the contest.

For example:
If a customer refers 5 friends who enter to win, they will receive 25 extra entries.
Customers can see in “Real-Time” how many entries they have, and how much time is left until the winner is announced.

Auto-E-mail Notification:
At end of the contest, the List Builder software will randomly select a winner and send an e-mail to the winner congratulating them for winning the contest.
List Builder will also send an e-mail to the non-winners offering them a coupon or a promotional code to purchase an e-gift card at a discount.

List Builder Database:
Once the campaign has ended, merchants can export all the data into an Excel spreadsheet, so they can import into their e-mail database. If merchants are participating in Synergy’s Loyalty Programs, new customers who have opted in will automatically be loaded into the loyalty database.
